And one other thing, I explained this to another person with the same type of personality disorder. It actually comes from familiarity and a empathetic personality which looks at the world as if they are a long time friend and assumes that that person lived most of it, along with them. When I explain that to that person they stopped also, and no longer rambled on with out announcing preliminaries.
