THE SCAM THE PEOPLE REFUSE TO SEE: Again, a significant portion of the funds (virtually all of it) allocated for aid to Ukraine (or other countries) is actually spent within the United States, benefiting defense contractors, weapons manufacturers, and other industries tied to the

The workers manufacturing these weapons are all here. The companies producing them are all here. The defense contractors negotiating the deals are all here. The lobbyists, public relations firms, and journalists selling the war to the American people—along with the politicians who claim the money is flowing abroad to defend freedom, democracy, and the rule of law—are all here. It’s all a scam. The two individuals in the spotlight do not manufacture weapons—one was an entertainer, and the other was in real estate. The real players operate behind the scenes.

For those who don’t remember that there are U.S. government agencies tracking government contracts and spending—or for those who want to go deeper—here are a few places to check:
http://USAspending.gov – The official source for tracking federal spending, including foreign aid, government contracts, and agency budgets.
http://ForeignAssistance.gov – Provides data on U.S. foreign aid, including allocations by country, sector, and agency.
http://SAM.gov – The official website for federal contract opportunities, grants, and procurement data.
http://FSRS.gov – The Federal Subaward Reporting System, which tracks how prime contractors distribute funds to subcontractors.
http://SIGAR.mil – The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), which investigates and reports on U.S. spending in Afghanistan (useful for historical comparisons).
DOD Contract Announcements – The Department of Defense’s official contract announcements, listing major military contracts and their recipients.
Congressional Budget Office (CBO) – Analyzes the costs of government programs, including defense and foreign aid.
Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) – Tracks federal contracts and spending in detail.
http://OpenTheBooks.com – While not a government site, it aggregates and analyzes federal spending for transparency.
U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) – An independent, nonpartisan agency that audits government programs, including foreign aid, defense contracts, and federal spending. It provides reports on waste, fraud, and abuse in government expenditures.
USAID Office of Inspector General (OIG) – Monitors and investigates fraud, waste, and abuse in U.S. foreign assistance programs, including aid to Ukraine and other countries.
Finally, Special Inspector General for Ukraine Reconstruction (SIGUR) – A proposed office modeled after SIGAR (which focused on Afghanistan) to track U.S. aid to Ukraine. While not yet fully operational, discussions about its establishment have continued.
In reality, I must add, individuals work here!!! Anything involving people can be corrupted!
