I think that the judges that have been issuing the temporary judgements might be in breach of the 11th amendment to the constitution.
"Amendment XI (1795/1798)
The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of any Foreign State."
A judge cannot have any judicial power beyond the borders of the state in which they preside as per the XI amendment. AN EO is not exclusive to a particular state so a lower court judge has no judicial reach beyond as to how a particular EO would pertain to their own state, The SCOTUS has reach over the whole of the USA but these are not supreme court members that are reaching up out of the swamp, only lower court justices that are attempting to usurp the power of the Executive Office in an attempt to control The President.
