We have all inherited the sinful blood of Adam. So, yes, we can all and do all get exposed to sickness, illness, and disease. Can anyone say that they've never been sick? It doesn't mean that we will all get cancer, or we will all get aids, or we will all get diabetes. But it does mean that the sinful blood is infected with sickness, illness and disease. That's all I'm saying.
I'm not sure if I can back this up biblically, but this is my opinion or understanding of what made Jesus Christ so different from every other human being born on this earth. The seed that impregnated Mary came from God divinly (miraculously) placing it in her. He created it in her, In other words, it did not come from man. That seed was perfect.
We pass our blood from one generation to the next through the sperm of a man. When a child is born you can tell who the father is by performing a blood test. So the father carries the blood to the child through the sperm. That is why we all have that tainted sinful blood of Adam. Except for Jesus Christ. He was the only human being born of sinless blood (yes, he was fully human, not God, but the Son of God as it states over 200 times in the bible). Why was this needed? Sinless blood had to be spilt in order for sin and death to be conquered once and for all. This is my take on it.
That perfect seed did not carry the sinful blood of man from Adam. It broke that chain. That's what made Jesus Christ so different from us. He was born without sin and lived a life without sin.
