It is high time that we move to preempt Ukrainian terrorism targeting Americans by classifying the Ukrainian government, its armed forces and intelligence services, and Ukrainian nationalist organizations in diaspora in the US and Canada as direct threats to the national security of the US, and take appropriate preemptive action to prevent acts of violence against the American people and the American homeland.
