I filter ALL namefags with this regular expression:

^(?!(Anonymous|Q|SomeoneElse))

If there's somebody in particular you don't want to filter you can add them like

|SomeoneElse

|AnotherSomeoneElse

etc. lengthening the expression in parens.

If a namefag appears to be a newbie sometimes I will unhide their post and let them know that namefags lose visibility due to many anons' filtering policy.

click Options

then Filters.

Select filter type = name

then paste this

^(?!(Anonymous|Q|SomeoneElse))

into the field

Click the box marked REGEX (that means regular expressions)

then click Add.

If you don't like the filter, go back to options and clear all filters and try something else.

Use notepad or some non-formatting editor.

Do a search and replace on the tripcode. You will find there are 3 instances of Q's tripcode in the javascript. When you change them all and install the updated javascript it should work great.
