If you need to talk about how long you've been here, talk down to someone about how long they haven't been here, or prove how long you've been here by mentioning the time you began coming here, you need to lurk moar, plain and simple. I know it sounds like I'm attacking you personally with this, but you need to understand that we tell people this for a reason. If you don't like the reason, that's fine. Just know that people will give you little attention here and/or tell you to shut the fuck up and quit trying to chime in when you're not sure of the dynamic at play.

Not only is this to vet the newcommers, it works as a barrier to repel methods of communication which are used to decay the fidelity and integrity of the board.

Anon culture likely seems very weird to the normal eye, and one should learn how to navigate the chaos before inserting themselves.

Be careful - the more you learn about it, the easier it is to see it.

But, that's generally the routine - subliminal (typically optical), then acute targeting through the likes of linguistics, then heavier stimuli like sounds and certain wavelengths. For instance, violet and orange are the MK colors. Granted, I'd love to understand more about why, but you get the idea.
