Any lawfags know how this will impact the horrible state laws in Hawaii, CA, WA etc.. SO I can carry a gun but does that mean you have to get local police approval to get a permit? Or does this mean you can carry if you have a legal state permit. Hawaii is first state looking to not allow people with medicinal MJ to get a permit.
