National Security Advisor Mike Waltz appears on CNN to outline how the U.S. team no longer sees Volodymyr Zelenskyy as a man who can lead his nation to a place of peace.

Waltz notes that at a certain point there are going to be negotiations and discussions about Ukraine territory that Zelenskyy is going to need to face with pragmatic honesty. However, at the current state of conflict Zelenskyy is intransigent toward any ceasefire agreement that does not include U.S. troops on the ground as a “security guarantee.” WATCH:

While Ackman stated he wasn’t directly accusing CNN of foreknowledge,he suggested the possibility that someone in the network was advised that “something interesting” would happen, prompting them to cover this event.

“I am not suggesting that someone at CNN knew about the assassination attempt, but it is in the realm of possibility that CNN was advised that something interesting would take place that motivated them to cover the Butler rally, having apparently not streamed other Trump rallies. If true, that’s a lead worth pursuing in my view.”

US Department of Justice Files Statement of Interest in Case of Gold-Star Mother Tina Peters – Evaluation of Case to “Inflict Political Pain”YES!!!

Former Mesa County Clerk and gold-star mother Tina Peters was sentenced to a total of 9 years in Colorado on October 3, 2024 after she was convicted on 7 out of 10 charges surrounding her forensic imaging of her county’s Dominion tabulators.

She was charged with three counts of attempting to influence a public servant, one count of conspiracy to commit criminal impersonation, first-degree official misconduct, violation of duty, and failing to comply with the Secretary of State.

The charges were levied against her after she decided to create a forensic image of the Dominion tabulators in her possession prior to the Secretary of State’s office conducting a “Trusted Build” following a 2021 municipal election.

Under federal and state law, election records are to be preserved for at least 22 months (52 USC 20701). Peters had another image made following the “Trusted Build.”

While the case is a state case and thus offers the federal government no opportunity to issue a pardon, the Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi has thrown itself into the ring. Today, the Justice Department filed a Statement of Interest.

The Statement of Interest from the DOJ reads:

Ms. Peters is currently incarcerated while pursuing a direct appeal of her underlying nonviolent convictions and combined nine-year sentence.

The application explains that Ms. Peters suffers from serious health issues and that, while incarcerated, her physical and mental health have deteriorated. Reasonable concerns have been raised about various aspects of Ms. Peters' case.

These concerns relate to, among other things, the exceptionally lengthy sentence imposed relative to the conduct at issue, the First Amendment implications of the trial court's October 2024 assertions related to Ms. Peters, and whether Colorado's denial of bail pending appeal was arbitrary or unreasonable under the Eighth and Fourteenth Amendments such that §2254 relief is appropriate.

Accordingly, the United States respectfully submits that the concerns raised in the Application warrant - at the very least - prompt and careful consideration by this Court (and, at the appropriate time, the Colorado appellate courts).

Parallel to these proceedings and Ms. Peters' direct appeal, the Department of Justice is reviewing cases across the nation for abuses of the criminal justice process…

This review will include an evaluation of the State of Colorado's prosecution of Ms. Peters and, in particular, whether the case was "oriented more toward inflicting political pain than toward pursuing actual justice or legitimate governmental objectives."

During the trial, part of the accusations levied against Peters involved publishing passwords online for the Dominion systems in her county.

The passwords she posted were not only redacted in the video published, but they were also changed as per the standard procedures of a Trusted Build. There was absolutely no value to the password segments included in said video.

On the contrary, Secretary of State Jena Griswold's office was discovered to have posted almost the entirety of the State's BIOS passwords on their own website for several months prior to the 2024 Presidential Election.

These passwords were not only unredacted, but were the current passwords for the upcoming election.

Griswold's office attempted to cover up the password leak from the media.

New York FBI Field Office Head Forced Out Days After His Office Was Revealed to Have Been Hiding Thousands of Epstein Documents

There has been a significant shake-up within the FBI as one of its top officials has been forced out.

NBC News reported Monday that James Dennehy, the head of the FBI’s New York office, threw in the towel just days afterhis office was revealed to have been hiding thousands of Epstein documents.

“Late Friday, I was informed that I needed to put my retirement papers in today, which I just did,” Dennehy wrote in an email obtained by NBC. “I was not given a reason for this decision.”

Two sources confirmed to NBC that Dennehy was given the choice between getting fired or resigning. He chose the latter.

She later announced that a key FBI official involved in withholding these critical documents “will not be working for us anymore.” Was it Dennehy?

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that the FBI was withholding thousands of Epstein files. She ordered the FBI to provide the complete Epstein files by Friday morning, February 28, and directed an immediate investigation into the oversight.

Last Thursday’s much-hyped release of “The Epstein Files: Phase One” fell flat for many Americans hungry for the truth. The 120-page dump, handed over to a select group of MAGA influencers, was a heavily redacted dud—mostly rehashed information previously seen.

NBC News also noted that Dennehy previously wrote an email to his staff after the Trump Justice Department requested a list of employees who had worked criminal cases against the hundreds of Trump J6 supporters persecuted by the Biden regime.

As TGP readers know, then-acting FBI Director Brian Driscoll refused to hand over the names of the officials involved in the J6 and Trump investigations.

“Today, we find ourselves in the middle of a battle of our own as good people are being walked out of the FBI,” Dennehy wrote in the email. “And others are being targeted because they did their jobs in accordance with the law and FBI policy.”

“Time for me to dig in,” Dennehy added.

Now, it is time for the Epstein files to be fully released. No more excuses.

BREAKING: Trump Administration Signals Settlement in Ashli Babbitt

Wrongful Death Lawsuit Brought Against US Government by Ashli’s Family

Investigative reporter Paul Bedard reported on Monday that the Trump Administration is moving to settle the Ashli Babbitt wrongful death lawsuit brought against the US government by the Babbitt family.

Judicial Watch brought forth this lawsuit.

The US District Court of the District of Columbia released a statement earlier today.

The Gateway Pundit has extensively covered this lawsuit since it was filed in January 2024.

The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involvingOfficer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.

This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a“loaded Glock 22 – the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle, stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.

“Lt. Byrd had a reputation among peers for not being a good shot,” the lawsuit alleges.

"Lt. Byrd later confessed that he shot Ashli before seeing her hands or assessing her intentions or even identifying her as female. Ashli was unarmed. Her hands were up in the air, empty, and in plain view of Lt. Byrd and other officers in the lobby,” the filing also states.

Previously, Judicial Watch received a memo on the January 6 shooting “recommending ‘that the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia decline for criminal prosecution the fatal shooting of Ashli McEntee [Babbitt],’ also noting that the shooter, U.S. Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd, ‘did not create a police report or documents’ related to the shooting of Babbitt,'” the watchdog reported. Micki Whitthoeft commented in our exclusive interview on the lack of oversight within the Capitol Police Department and their tendency to "choose not to" report incidents.

"It's like asking the dog who got in the trash. He's always gonna say the cat did it." Whitthoft further told us of an incident in the Canon Congressional Office Building, where she had to wake up the sleeping officer so that she and others could enter through the metal detectors and TSA-style bag check.

Today, years after Ashli was gunned down in the US Capitol,the Trump administration signaled that they will resolve this case for the family.

The parties have agreed to work in good faith to narrow or resolve the issues in this case.

Private Investigator tells NYPost that Thomas Crooks Did Not Act Alone (VIDEO)

Last week, the New York Post ran an ‘exclusive’ that said that Thomas Crooks did not act alone, according to a private investigator that they hired.

The Gateway Pundit then pointed out a significant amount of detail and other controversies that the Post overlooked or ignored in their reporting.

As well, we pointed out that the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight PR Project released even more explosive details that have never been addressed.

There are a wide variety of problems with the Thomas Crooks narrative that has, as yet, gone unanswered, here are but a few:

• Why the FBI lied for weeks about a ‘ladder’ that they said Crooks used to gain access to the roof

• Why the death photo of Crooks on the roof does not look like Crooks

• Why there appears to be a gunshot entry wound to the back of his head/neck area in the death photo with burn marks around the entry point.

• How Crooks could disassemble his rifle, and then reassemble it, and bother to use a scope if he had not re-sighted the rifle.

• Why Crooks was so conspicuous walking through the vendor table areas, using a rangefinder at the site, and waiting outside the AGR building as though he was waiting for someone who told him to be there

• Why no one saw Crooks go from the parking area to the AGR building

• Why the AGR building was cleared of protesters

• Why there are two vehicles, a car and a van, that are reported to have been Crooks’ vehicles with supposed bomb components in it

• Why sniper teams waited and watched for 45 minutes while a man with a scoped rifle was setting up an assassin’s perch 130 yards from where the Presidential candidate was about to start speaking

• Why the acoustics captured by several individuals appears to show multiple shots from different guns, including a muffled shot that may have come from inside of a building like the AGR building

• Why the police and authorities lied about body cameras at the AGR building being ‘off’ and then discovered that they were on instead

• Why the FBI power-washed the crime scene so quickly after the assassination

• Why so few documents have been released

• The nature of the ‘overseas encrypted accounts’ that the deep state tried to link Crooks to Iran for a period of time.

• Why the Secret Service detail was changed so substantially for just this rally, because Jill Biden scheduled a children’s book reading in Pittsburgh

• Why the Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle lied to Congress when she said that agents weren’t on the roof because it was too slanted and therefore unsafe, even though agents were on other roofs that day that had a greater angle.

• Why was Crooks’ body autopsied and cremated so quickly that Congressional officials were denied access to it? What was the rush?

• Why would Crooks choose to kill Trump after all the other far-left efforts to keep Trump off the ballot, disqualify him from office under the 14th amendment, kick him off the ballot in Colorado, had failed?

• Why is it so hard to determine Crooks’ motive? He lived at home and worked with other people, unlike similar shooter Stephen Paddock, whose 2017 Las Vegas shooting the FBI STILL can’t even guess as to a motive. Crooks, similarly, has no known motive according to the nation’s premiere law enforcement agency: the FBI.

The NY Post did not address these items in their reporting. Instead, they barely scratched the surface of what the Heritage Foundation published last July.
