As a Joint Session instead, it makes me wonder if Trump is going to adjourn Congress for legal reasons?
Maybe Im missing something, but I thought we had more gas than any other country? Why do we need it?
Leave Europe alone to sink/swim. They have to figure it out on their own.
Let them solve their own internal problems. The USA does NOT have to be involved in every aspect of every little thing in Europe.
