>At this point, today’s Democrats no longer comprise a legitimate political party. They despise America, common decency, and the truth, while touting and supporting death, lies, destruction, and outright evil. They are truly revolting, disgusting, immoral. They are more akin to a bizarre death cult. One that would like us all to drink the Kool-Aid.

Opinion - Here’s the only thing you need to take away from Trump’s speech to Congress

Anyone watching President Trump address Congress Tuesday night had to be shocked by the way some Democrats conducted themselves. “High school with paychecks” is how I’d describe it. Presidential addresses are beginning to resemble more the studio audience of “Let’s Make a Deal” than anything close to a dignified event.

Throughout the evening, one thing became abundantly clear: Democrats have learned absolutely nothing from their decisive election loss.

Republicans are not guilt-free in the heckling department. Former Rep. Joe Wilson (R-S.C.) was a pioneer in this regard when, in 2009, he yelled “You lie!” while President Obama talked about his health care plan.

That almost seems quaint now. Last night, 77-year-old Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) virtually personified today’s Democratic Party when he waved his cane, screaming like a crazy man, and had to be tossed out the House Chamber.

Many more Democrats couldn’t be bothered to show up. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) announced that she would being doing an Instagram live about the speech from home. Many of those Democrats who did show waived paddles with protest words on them, reminiscent of the “up twinkles” from the Occupy Wall Street era.

Of those who did show, the women wore pink. Why? To show solidarity with — well, each other, I guess. If Democratic women wanted to show any love for women, they could have voted in favor of protecting girls in their sports leagues and in the intimacy of their locker rooms from intrusions by boys and men. They could have protected women’s scholarships and physical wellbeing as well. Not one single female Democrat did so. But by all means, do dress up.

As for the speech, it was exactly what you would expect, provided you got your news from places not named MSNBC or the New York Times.

Trump bragged about the border being more secure than it has been in decades, with ICE encounters hitting low numbers not seen this century — 8,326 in February compared to 140,641 in February of last year. It was met with the cheers you’d expect from people who want a secure border, Republicans, and silence or jeers from those Democrats, who, when they had a choice, deliberately inflicted upon the nation the chaos of open borders.

Trump hyped the economy and his efforts to cut waste. His talk of peace in Ukraine was met with groans and grumbles. All the things you’ve come to expect from the left — Trump might as well have written their script.

Supreme Court justices continue to rack up trips on private interest dime

Supreme Court justices continue to take trips across the globe on the dime of private individuals and other entities, raising questions about whether those sponsoring the trips could have influence over those serving on the high court.

The Supreme Court’s nine justices disclosed taking a combined 64 trips in 2018 in which various aspects such as transportation, food and lodging were reimbursed by others, according to annual financial disclosures released Thursday by the Office of Government Ethics.

Since 2004, when OpenSecrets first began tracking Supreme Court financial disclosure data, justices have disclosed taking 1,306 trips reimbursed by others.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg disclosed taking more trips than any other justice in 2018, totaling 14. She visited Tel Aviv, Israel where she was awarded a lifetime achievement award by the Genesis Prize Foundation. Shortly following the award ceremony, she disclosed being provided transportation, food and lodging as a tourist and guest of billionaire Israeli businessman Morris Kahn.

Companies spawned by Kahn have had had business before the Supreme Court before. The high court handed Amdocs Limited a win in November 2017 when it declined to take up a patent-related case.

The financial disclosures, which also reveal investments and other sources of income, offer vague information about reimbursements and gifts given to justices. They don’t include any estimated monetary value of the services provided, making it difficult to ascertain how much influence third parties could be garnering.

“Once again, the justices took dozens of trips across the country and around the world last year in which a third party paid for their dining, airfare and accommodations, with the public left in the dark about how lavish these trips may have been,” Gabe Roth, executive director of Fix the Court, an organization that aims to bring increased transparency to the Supreme Court, said in a statement on the disclosures.

He Insisted He Was 'Not Attracted to Children' — Yet Admitted to Doing Something 'Terribly Wrong'

The disturbing case of actor Stephen Collins is featured in 'Hollywood Demons,' premiering Monday, March 24, from 9 to 11 p.m. ET/PT on ID and streaming on Max

At one time, actor Stephen Collins seemed to have it all: fame, wealth and the undying love of legions of fans.

The handsome actor who starred as Jake Cutter in ABC’s adventure series, Tales of the Gold Monkey, and Diane Keaton’s wayward husband in the hit feature film, The First Wives Club, was perhaps best known for his role as wholesome pastor and dad Eric Camden on the WB series, 7th Heaven.

But in Hollywood, Calif., the land of make-believe and illusion, not everything is as it seems.

Collins’ picture-perfect world was turned upside down in 2012 when news broke that he was being investigated by police for allegedly sexually abusing underage girls.

The investigation came after a recording of Collins allegedly confessing his transgressions to a therapist was leaked to TMZ.

Collins made headlines again in 2014 when he released a lengthy statement to PEOPLE admitting he had inappropriate sexual conduct with three female minors over twenty years, from 1973 to 1994.

Shortly after, Collins told Katie Couric in an exclusive interview that aired on ABC News’ 20/20 that he was “absolutely not attracted, physically or sexually attracted to children.”

Collins’ shocking fall from grace is detailed in Investigation Discovery’s new six-part series, Hollywood Demons.

Premiering Monday, March 24, from 9 to 11 p.m. ET/PT on ID and streaming on Max, the series features six mini-documentaries that pull back “the glamorous curtain of fame to expose the hidden struggles, sacrifices and scandals of life in the spotlight,” according to an ID press release
