Another domestic terrorist who doesn't care about the actual law, constitution, or your rights… you must obey!

In 1987 the US Supreme Court invalidated as unconstitutional an ordinance that read "It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.”

The reason they invalidated it is that protected speech CAN NOT be interference/obstruction as it's protected by the first amendment. As the court said “freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.” It is our RIGHT to speak, even when they don't want us to, and it can not be considered interference/obstruction under the law, yet cops are arresting people or threatening to arrest them for simply speaking all over the country.

They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents.
