The more critical action is shutting SAID down so that's the last of its funding. Nothing new. The cash laundering kickback money train is halted. That's the end game.

Same for these other agencies. Identify and stop waste. It's near impossible to undue contracts already committed to. Stop all future waste and untracked funding.
