There were likely shit tons of legit business visits by people that had no idea things like that went on. It takes a lot of people to manage that kind of property.
Traveling to an island where people were murdered doesn't make all visitors murderers.
People going to an island where people allegedly raped children and ate them (nobody knew then or now) does not make them pedovores.
Also, in the United States people are innocent until proven guilty.
