Just brainstorming.

The supreme court fucked us in that 2 billion to be released from USAID.

But it appears the supreme court ruled against trump with a stipulation to the lower court judge. The stipulation was the lower court has to decide who gets what that the money was set to go to.

Anon thinks this is good. Supreme court says ok you wanna play potus fine you figure out who gets what and you will own the fallout.

If the executive finds money is being stolen and fails to stop it he would be derelect in his duties. But as potus he would still be shielded from prosecution.

A lower court judge who does not have the same protections as potus could be liable for the theft if he knowingly sends the money to be stolen.

Just a thought I suppose. Seems like the supreme court may have pulled a fast one that actually helps our cause.

Anyone have sauce on the rulling to confirm that stipulation is in there for the lower court judge? Anon saw a few reports today suggesting that but no sauce to give you.
