This shit goes back to the repeal of the religious exemption in 2019 by the NYS Legislature and Cuomo. Unfortunately those retards included private schools and hybrid home school coops. NY is fucked up and the entire state is controlled by the retards in NYC with a one size fits all agenda for the entire state. The only resolution would be for rural upstate NY to separate from NYC and form a new state.
