“UFO” has come to mean little green men from Uranus vs some object flying through the sky that people can’t readily identify as a airplane or a bird.
“UAP” doesn’t yet have that same automatic connotation for everyone.
I don’t know why they changed the terminology, anon just was speculating that maybe it’s because “they” know it’s not aliens from Uranus.
