I think your friend knew that our enemies had a long-term plan set in motion that was designed to destroy The United States of America, and that it was to have inflicted a great deal of irreparable harm on The United States of American (and, hence, "the white race") by 2040.
From what I've learned, the plan to relieve the USA of its "super-power" status began almost as soon as Nixon (apparently under duress) took us off the gold standard and instituted the Central Bank's worthless "fiat currency" system in 1971. . .
To me it's no accident that Nixon and Kissenger traveled to China, in the early 1970s to "normalize" relations with the Chinese Communist Party, which was rewarded with China's "gifting" of two Panda Bears to the Smithsonian's National Zoo in 1972.
Best I can tell all these Communist countries are just tools of the CIA and the families who have been controlling us, so they knew that their shitty fiat currency system was worthless, and they thought they'd roll out the 16 year plan to destroy America, after which they would move the global power to China.

You won't find China's translated plans on many American-hosted websites, but I've found a number of documents on the website for the Australian government.
If you go to X and search "China 2035" I think you'll see some interesting posts there, too.
China, apparently on behalf of the Clowns who really run China [you don't think Q had us dig into The Asia Foundation for nothing, did you?] is intent on controlling everything (or as much as possible) by 2035, and then Q and President Trump showed up, woke up Anons, and now we're fucking up all those plans and taking our country back.
