My view is more or less the founding fathers with perhaps some modifications to account for technology and future tech. Decentralization, transparency, full freedom of though, ability to commit war to any oppresive government (ie legal to have the means to do so or at least make it very difficult to control the masses), high scrutity of any mind or will controlling tech and high punishment for any who tried to control other with such tech should do it. Freedom of religion and spiritual belief obviously.

 

Also, this is the best synthwave mix ever created, there is none better. Q put in your hacker playlist.

deciding who can have kids is a slippery slope

 

divorce laws yeah more or less except in cases of cruelty

decent concept, but in practice a perma draft in the US wont ever be popular or practical. Maybe if it was a lottery with zero exemptions but again that wouldnt work either. I think basically the founders ideas with a few minor tweaks to account for technology would suffice
