It could be fake one… 2 it could be some type of history thing that states that this is the contested land or something and one sided perspective. The reality is it is more of an ethic region not really an actual like country or anything. So it is incorrect to say someone is not Palestinian however it does not mean other things such as Persian, Arabic, or even Kurdish… is wrong for this region to. It is likely they are all mixed heavy with Hebrew or Egyptian types as well.
So it is a very divers populated area is the reality. Palestinian if I remember correctly is mostly like Jordan and Syria types which is like the movie Aladdin Sultan types of Near Eastern culture it is semi consider a sub group of Arabic though just like Kurdish is as well…

This where Sultan types extended far more in other region to like Pakistani Iraq and as far as the edge of India and at in India so on as well. Mostly only souther Afghanistan though
