I think that this technology is something that should be regulated as it can be used for fraud is the issue. I am someone that believe people need to be very careful with this type of technology and it should require a special type of regulation for the user and possibly have government over sight to look over when it was being used. Mostly only government organizations like NSA or FBI so on should be using this type of technology.
It is not to far off from creating a new identity so on in ways and life like pictures with mask so on maybe. This is the latest espionage tech likely. So if someone was to try to contact someone in the US so on and then some how create a situation to make it to the US even under their own name they could try to copy the identity of someone. All they need is some stole dark web data likely and then they could get real ID for this type of thing. Next they could try to get people to give them money or do things like fraud basically.
So there is a massive amount of liability in these issues. Anyone with this tech if with some know how could do this with a 3D printer or types which I am for registering them if they can make this type of things which I consider more dangerous then fire arms myself.
