Ex-Ukrainian PM outraged by German intel chief’s warning
Bruno Kahl has claimed an early resolution to the conflict between Moscow and Kiev could amplify security threats to the EU
Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Timoshenko has hit out at German intelligence chief Bruno Kahl after he claimed thatresolving the conflict with Russia before the end of the decade could pose a security threat to Western Europe.
An end to the Ukraine conflict before 2029 or 2030 could allow Russia regroup and“increase security risks for Europe,” Kahl told state broadcaster Deutsche Welle.
Kahl’s statement is thefirst official confirmation that the EU’s security is being prioritized at the expense of Ukraine’s sovereignty and the lives of its citizens, Timoshenko, who leads the opposition Fatherland (Batkivshchyna) party in Ukraine, claimed in a Facebook post on Friday.
“At the cost of Ukraine’s very existence and the cost of the lives of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, did anyone decide to pay for Russia’s ‘demolition’ for safety in Europe? I didn’t think they would dare to say it so officially and openly…” she wrote.
==Kahl’s remarks “explain a lot,” she said, urging the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, to respond while calling for an immediate end to the conflict.=
The German official's comments echoed recent remarks by French President Emmanuel Macron, who claimed that Russia poses a direct threat to the rest of Europe and urged EU member states to increase defense spending.
Russian President VladimirPutin has consistently dismissed Western leaders' claims that Moscow could attack NATO as “nonsense.”
Divisions remain within the EU on the Ukraine conflict, with some countries advocating a stronger military response from Kiev while others, such as Hungary, call for peace talks. Brussels has continued to push for military aid to Kiev.
In March, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen launched the “rearm Europe” initiative to boost EU defense with up to €800 billion ($870 billion). In February, she announced €3.5 billion ($3.78 billion) in aid to strengthen Ukraine, calling its resilience an EU priority. Moscow has vowed to take measures to protect its security, warning that the EU’s militarization and confrontational rhetoric could escalate tensions.
Timoshenko’s response comes amid reports thatshe and members of former Ukrainian President Pyotr Poroshenko’s party recently held discussions with the team of US President Donald Trump. According to Politico, Ukrainian opposition figures presented themselves as more open to negotiations than Vladimir Zelensky. Both Timoshenko and Poroshenko, presently sanctioned on suspicion of high treason, confirmed their contacts with Trump’s team.

Russia to expel British diplomats for spying – FSB (VIDEO)
Two UK embassy workers have been told to leave Moscow within two weeks, the agency has said
Two British diplomats have had their accreditation revoked in Russia after engaging in espionage activities, the Federal Security Service (FSB) has said.
In a statement on Monday, the agency said its operatives had “discovered an undeclared intelligence presence” at the UK Embassy in Moscow.
Two British diplomats were found to havebeen “carrying out intelligence and subversive work that threatens Russia’s security,” the statement alleged.
It has been established that the UK Embassy’s second secretary and the husband of the first secretary of the embassy’s political department intentionally provided false information when receiving permission to enter Russia, thus violating the country’s laws, the FSB said.
The Russian Foreign Ministry, in cooperation with other agencies, therefore decided to revoke the accreditation of the two diplomats, ordering them to leave the country within two weeks, it added.
“The FSB will continue to counter intelligence and subversive activities of foreign intelligence services using all available means,” the statement read.
The Foreign Ministry in Moscow said it had summoned a representative of the British Embassy over the loss of accreditation by the two UK diplomats.
A video made by RT captured the British representative leaving the Foreign Ministry, while declining to answer questions about the effect of the incident on relations between Moscow and London.
In November, the FSB announced the expulsion of a British diplomat for “conducting intelligence and subversive work” and intentionally providing false information when entering Russia. At the time, the UK Foreign Office accused Moscow of making “malicious and baseless accusations against our staff.”
Six more British diplomats had been ordered out of the country on similar grounds in August, according to the agency.

Ukraine intel freeze ‘just about ended’ – Trump
The US president has said he expects “a lot of progress” to be made during upcoming talks between Washington and Kiev in Saudi Arabia
US President Donald Trump has said that Washington has “just about ended” its freeze on the provision of intelligence data to Kiev amid its fighting with Russia. The statement comes ahead of negotiations between American and Ukrainian officials in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Trump halted the provision of US military aid to Ukraine and subsequently stopped sharing intelligence with Kievafter his public quarrel with Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky at the White House in late February. Following the meeting, the US president blamed his guest for not wanting peace with Moscow and being ungrateful for the assistance which Washington has provided his country during the conflict.
When asked by journalists aboard Air Force One on Sunday if he would consider ending the intel pause, Trump replied by saying: “We, we just about have. I mean, we really just about have. And we want to do anything we can to get Ukraine to be serious about getting something done.”
The US president also expressed confidence that “we are going to make a lot of progress”during the talks in Jeddah on Tuesday.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz and Trump’s Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff are expected to represent Washington in Saudi Arabia, with Kiev’s delegation to be headed by Zelensky’s chief of staff, Andrey Yermak.
US officials told Reuters on Monday thatWashington intends to use the meeting to determine if Ukraine is ready to make concessionsto Russia to end the conflict.“You can't say: ‘I want peace,' and, 'I refuse to compromise on anything,’” one of the sources stressed.
The Financial Times reported on Sunday that during the discussions in Jeddah, theKiev authorities are planning to propose a partial ceasefire with Moscow, covering long-range drone and missile strikes and combat operations in the Black Sea, in the hope that it would lead to the US reversing its decision to freeze intelligence sharing and weapons deliveries. An unnamed Ukrainian official told FT that in the short-term, Kiev would prioritize fixing its ties with Washington.
Russia said repeatedly that it is not going to accept a temporary ceasefire with Ukraine as it would likely be used by the West to rearm Kiev. According to Moscow, the conflict must be settled through reliable, legally binding agreements that would eliminate its root causes and make sure the fighting does not resume in the future.

Ukraine hasn’t shown it wants peace – Trump
The US president has said he is waiting for a commitment to ceasefire negotiations
Ukraine has not demonstrated that it wants peace with Russia, US President Donald Trump has said ahead of American-Ukrainian talks in Saudi Arabia.
On Sunday, a reporter asked Trump aboard Air Force One if he would resume military aid to Ukraine if it signed a partnership with the US on the development of its critical mineral deposits.
“Ithink they will sign the minerals deal. But I want them to want peace. Right now, they haven’t shown it to the extent that they should,”Trump said.
“But I think they will be.I think it’s going to be evident over the next two or three days. I think, eventually, we’ll have peace,” the president added.
Trump reiterated that his priority is to broker a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraineto save “human lives” on the battlefield. He said that he expected a “good result” from the planned US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia.
Last week, Trump halted all weapons deliveries to Kiev and restricted intelligence sharing in the hope of persuading Ukraine to be more receptive to his mediation efforts. The president has said he finds it “more difficult” to deal with Ukraine than with Russia, as Kiev attempts to mend relations in the wake of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky’s disastrous visit to the White House last month.
The US had originally planned to sign the minerals deal on February 28. The ceremony was shelved, however, after Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance clashed with Zelensky in front of reporters in the Oval Office. Trump later accused the Ukrainian leader of behaving disrespectfully and being ungrateful for the military and financial aid the US has been providing since 2022. Zelensky described the meeting as “regrettable” and expressed the desire to mend fences.
Russia has stated that a lasting peace is impossible without addressing the root causes of the conflict, including NATO’s expansioneastward. Moscow has demanded that Ukraine drop its aspirations to join the US-led bloc and become a neutral country with a restricted army. Russia has also said Ukraine must renounce its claim on Crimea and four other regions that have voted to become part of Russia since 2014.

Ukraine Officials Meet with U.K Officials to Plan Strategy Against USA Delegation for Tuesday Talks in Saudi Arabia
March 10, 2025 | Sundance |
Ukranian President and EU spokesperson Volodymyr Zelenskyy announces on his X-account that U.K officials traveled to Kiev for a proactive strategy session in advance of Tuesday’s talks in Saudi Arabia.
The UK (Starmer), France (Macron) and EU Commission (von der Leyden) are focused onways to continue warfighting operations in Ukraine. Any cessation of hostilities runs counter to their collective financial and geopolitical interests.
The European NATO coalition continues to demand blood to oil the machinery of war and opposing any peace efforts by U.S. President Donald Trumpis now paramount. Unfortunately for Starmer and Macron, Ursula von derLeyden cannot guarantee or secure the long-term financingthey need to replace funds from the USA stopped by President Trump.
If the pattern holds, there is likely to be a U.K/France supported Ukrainian drone or missile attack into Russia on Tuesday morningGMT. The U.S delegation of Secretary Marco Rubio, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and President Trump’s emissary Steve Witkoff will all be in attendance.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy offered the following remarks:
“Today, a highly productive meeting took place in Kyiv between the diplomatic teams of Ukraine and the UK.
We discussed our joint steps that could bring us closer to peace and accelerate diplomatic efforts. I’m grateful for the support. Ukraine is determined to do everything to end this war with a just and lasting peace as soon as possible.
Next week, I will begin with a visit to Saudi Arabia. After my meeting on Monday with the Crown Prince, Ukrainian diplomatic and military representatives will stay for a meeting on Tuesday with the American team. The Ukrainian team will include Andriy Yermak, Andriy Sybiha, Rustem Umerov, and Pavlo Palisa.
On our side, we are fully committed to constructive dialogue, and we hope to discuss and agree on the necessary decisions and steps.
Ukraine has been seeking peace from the very first second of this war. Realistic proposals are on the table. The key is to move quickly and effectively.” ~ Zelensky, EU Representative for War
There issome indication President Trumphas moved beyond the ‘minerals deal’ distraction talking point andremains entirely focused on getting Ukraine and the EU to commit to peace. However, Ukraine needs to push the minerals deal as part of their “security guarantee” proposal that is intended to put U.S. troops in their fight.
The people who truly want peace are not afraid of concessions to guarantee it.The people who want war reject concessions and want the security guarantees, so they have a tool to deconstruct peace.
WASHINGTON, March 9 (Reuters) – U.S. officials are planning to use Tuesday’s meeting with a Ukrainian delegation in Saudi Arabiain part to determine whether Ukraine is willing to make material concessions to Russia to end the war, according to two U.S. officials.
The U.S. delegation will also be watching for signs that the Ukrainians are serious about improving ties with the Trump administration after a meeting between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy devolved into an argument last month, said one of the officials, who requested anonymity to preview the closed-door talks.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio will fly to Jeddah on Sunday for the bilateral talks with Ukrainian officials, who will be led by Andriy Yermak, a top Zelenskiy aide. Rubio is expected to be joined by National Security Adviser Mike Waltz and Trump’s Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff.
“You can’t say ‘I want peace,’ and, ‘I refuse to compromise on anything,'” one of the U.S. officials said of the upcoming talks.
“We want to see if the Ukrainians are interested not just in peace, but in a realistic peace,”said the other official. “If they are only interested in 2014 or 2022 borders, that tells you something.” (read more)
Remarkably, Secretary of State Marco Rubio continues to shine in his role as chief diplomat for President Trump.

President Trump Impromptu Presser Aboard AF1 Flying Back to Washington, DC
March 9, 2025 | Sundance
Flying back to Washington, DC from the Southern White House, President Trump holds an impromptu press conference from Air Force One.
EU Spokesperson Volodymyr Zelenskyyhas continually stated, non-American elements of NATO and the EU are committed to continued fighting in Ukraine despite President Trump’s pesky peace effort. France, the U.K, Germany and the EU Commission are urgently working through strategic planning options to retain the bloodshed, while President Trump and President Putin await a change in direction.
Beginning with a notation about the Saudi Arabia meeting this week between Ukraine leadership and the U.S delegation (Rubio, Waltz, Witkoff), President Trump sounds optimistic the dynamic could change. Obviously, something substantive needs to change if the Trump/Putin effort to gain a ceasefire is going to come to fruition.
Just as the EU/NATO/CIA organized a drone attack in Russia at the beginning of the first U.S-Russia meeting in Saudi Arabia,so too is another disruptive attack anticipatedto create problems for a similar U.S-Ukraine meeting.
The EU and Zelenskyy continue pretending they do not want war, while the EU andZelenskyy continue operating toward enlarged warfighting efforts. At this point it is becoming obvious.

Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick -vs- NBC Kirsten Welker
March 9, 2025 | Sundance |
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, another deliberate and happy warrior, appears on Face the Nation to deconstruct the narratives presented by NBC and Kirsten Welker.
Starting with the Mexico and Canada tariff issues,Welker incorrectly frames the current issue around economics. Secretary Lutnick presents the issue of the current Mex/Can confrontation for whatPresident Trump has prioritized, the issue of illegal fentanyl smuggling across the border.
100,000+ Americans are killed each year with the intentional and purposeful transportation of Chinese drugs through the U.S. southern border of Mexico and the U.S northern border with Canada. Both nations could, if they wanted, crack down on the illegal and dangerous drug trade; neither has prioritized the problem. Again, 100,000+ Americans are killed each year.Think about it.WATCH:
“This is the way you run the country,” Lutnick said on NBC News’s “Meet the Press” with Kristen Welker. “You shut the border. You get our neighbors to do their job. It’s not only us who has to do their job.Why are our neighbors, who live and breathe off our economy, not taking care of America?”
“You have to remember this is a drug-related issue,” Lutnick said. “You’ve got fentanyl pouring into this country, killing 75,000 Americans, autopsied. And the president, you know, thinks it’s many, many more, multiples more.”

Shutdown: Marco Rubio Cancels 83% of USAID Programs
Simon Kent10 Mar 2025
Eighty-three percent of the programs directly funded and administered by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) were canceled Monday by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Rubio took to social media to announce the latest step in the Trump administration’s efforts to cleanse the deep state from government institutions.
The decision came after a six week review of the programs, Rubio set out, citing their funding as antithetical to the core interests of the United States:
After a 6 week review we are officially cancelling 83% of the programs at USAID.
The 5200 contracts that are now cancelled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, (and in some cases even harmed), the core national interests of the United States.
In consultation with Congress, we intend for the remaining 18% of programs we are keeping (approximately 1000) to now be administered more effectively under the State Department.
Thank you to DOGE and our hardworking staff who worked very long hours to achieve this overdue and historic reform.
The Trump administration last month placed USAID direct-hire staffers around the world on leave except those deemed essential while others were fired or placed on “administrative leave,” as Breitbart News reported.
Employees were also notified thatUSAID “was beginning a reduction in force that would eliminate 2,000 U.S.-based jobs,” however this was later changed in another notice to 1,600 employees reportedly having their jobs affected.
Now the results of that review have been delivered.
The layoffs of thousands of employees from USAID come after aTrump-appointed judge ruled that if the Trump administration “deems it necessary to place thousands of workers on leave in order to review U.S.-backed foreign assistance,” they are allowed to do that.
In fiscal year 2023, USAID disbursed $72bn of aid worldwide courtesy of funds provided by U.S. taxpayerson everything from “gender-affirming health care in Guatemala, teaching people in Kazakhstan to fight back against Internet trolls, voluntary male circumcisions in Mozambique, and creating work opportunities for young LGBTQI+ people in Serbia” to name just a few.
United States taxpayers have also sent more than $3 billion to Mexico since 2008 to combat the drug cartels that have mercilessly flooded illicit narcotics, including fentanyl, into the country.
Despite the infusion of U.S. tax dollars funneled to Mexico through USAID, the cartels have become stronger rather than weaker, as Breitbart News reported.

Georgia lawmakers pass bill that could let Trump, others recover costs of election meddling case

Georgia’s Senate has passed a bill that would allowPresident Donald Trump and more than a dozen people to seek compensation for legal billsstemming from an attempt to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state
Georgia lawmakers pass bill that could let Trump, others recover costs of election meddling case.
ATLANTA (AP) — Georgia’s Senate passed a bill that could allow President Donald Trump and more than a dozen people to seek compensation for legal bills stemming from an attempt to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state.
The bill passed unanimously by state legislators Thursday would enable compensation from counties for attorneys’ fees and other legal costsin criminal cases in which a district attorney has been disqualified if the case gets dismissed, or compensation for the cost of arguing the district attorney should be disqualified.
Trump and 18 co-defendants were indicted in Fulton County in August 2023. The accusations included asking Georgia’s Republican secretary of state to find enough votes for Trump to win the battleground state, harassing an election worker and attempting to persuade Georgia lawmakers to ignore the will of voters and appoint a new slate of electoral college electors.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was disqualified from the election interference caseby a state appeals court based on a romantic relationship she had with special prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom Willis hired to lead the case.
Georgia Senate Minority Leader Harold Jones II, an Augusta Democrat, posed a different hypothetical.
“If you have that young person, possession of marijuana, whatever it may be, and the prosecutor has done something wrong and that case is dismissed because the prosecutor did something wrong, they’re entitled to have their attorney’s fees back,” Jones said. “That’s actually something that we probably would have pushed many years ago.”
Another bill passed the Senate Thursday that would give subpoena powers to State and House committees.
Both bills come a year after the state Senate passed a bill creating a special committee to investigate “various forms of misconduct” by Willis, including her relationship with Wade. The committee tried to subpoena Willis for a hearing last year but she did not appear. A judge later ruled the committee was allowed to subpoena her.
Nothing has come of the committee’s investigation, but Lt. Gov. Burt Jones and other Republicans said last week they want to investigate Stacey Abrams.
They want to look deeper into recent ethics findings that voter participation group New Georgia Project improperly coordinated with Abrams’ 2018 gubernatorial campaign. She would have been the first Black woman to serve as a U.S. governor but lost to Republican Brian Kemp, who defeated her again in a 2022 rematch.
They also want to investigate unsubstantiated claims by new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency AdministratorLee Zeldin that Abrams benefitted from $2 billion that a coalition of groups trying to reduce emissions of greenhouse gasesreceived from President Joe Biden’s administration. Abrams says she received none of the money.

Huntington Beach Sues California for ‘Protecting Dangerous Illegal Aliens’
Warner Todd Huston9 Mar 2025
The City of Huntington Beach has filed suit against the State of California for its laws “protecting dangerous illegal aliens” and for it support of sanctuary policies.
The city is working with America First Legal (AFL) to sue the state, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), and Attorney General Robert Bonta, for acts and policies which they maintain violate federal immigration, criminal, and civil rights laws, AFL said in a recent press release.
“Since California began passing sanctuary laws in 2017,” AFL wrote, “tens of thousands of dangerous criminal illegal aliens have been released by local law enforcement back into the community, and violent crime has surged nearly 20 percent across the state.”
The legal aid group pointed out that Orange County alone released more than 1,000 dangerous, criminal illegal aliens in 2018 alone.
The lawsuit takes aim at California’s sanctuary laws that limit the ability of all local police forces to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other federal agencies. The suit asks the courts to enjoin the state from enforcing its unconstitutional Sanctuary State Laws.
“Federal law is clear:it is a crime to conceal, harbor, or shield illegal aliens, and it is a crime to prevent federal officials from discharging their duties. It is also against federal law to prevent local officials from communicating with DHS about the immigration status of individuals,” said James Rogers, senior counsel for America First Legal.
“Our nation’s immigration laws reflect the democratic will of the people, and it is disgraceful that the State of California is actively trying to subvert it while at the same time facilitating the invasion of our country,” Rogers continued.“It is outrageous that the City of Huntington Beach has to seek a court order allowing it to comply with federal lawand so that it can be allowed to cooperate with legitimate federal law enforcement efforts. America First Legal is proud to represent the City of Huntington Beach in its stand for sanity and the rule of law. AFL will fight vigorously to push back California’s subversion of federal law.”

Police: Florida Substitute Teacher Urged Children to Beat Up Classmate
Amy Furr9 Mar 2025
A substitute teacher in Jacksonville, Florida, is accused of encouraging students to violently gang up on a classmate.
The suspect, identified as Geanene White, who allegedly urged students to beat up another child, is also accused of assaulting the victim in the case, First Coast News reported Wednesday.
An image shows the suspect:
The incident happened on February 12 at the YMCA Tiger Academy on Bagley Road which serves pre-k through fifth grade students.
Law enforcement records said an officer responded to the school about an alleged child abuse incident and learned that White was accused of inciting the students to target their classmate, the First Coast News article continued:
The report said White had initially asked the student to join a small group, but when he refused, she became frustrated and asked the class, “Who in here can beat him up?”That’s when JSO said four students raised their hands, and White called on them to fight the victim while she watched, then the students hit the victim multiple times on his head and body.
Following the beating, White allegedly pushed the child who hit his head on a desk. The substitute teacher called in two teachers for help andpolice said she told them the children needed “behavior intervention.”
However, White allegedly did not report the fight to them or say anything about the victim being hurt when he hit his head on the desk.
The victim reportedly suffered a small laceration behind his ear and some bruises. “One student told police that he would not have fought the victim ‘but the teacher told him to do it,,” the First Coast News article said.
The suspect is said to have denied being involved in the fight, claiming she merely tried to help the victim up off the ground after the others allegedly targeted him, Action News Jax reported Wednesday.
In a statement, First Coast YMCA said:
The First Coast YMCA was made aware of an incident at Tiger Academy involving a student and a substitute teacher who had been properly vetted by both the First Coast YMCA and Duval County Public Schools. The safety and well-being of our scholars and staff have been and will always be our top priority, and as such, we investigated the matter immediately according to protocol. Upon completion of the internal investigation, we terminated the substitute teacher’s employment. We immediately reported the incident to the Department of Children and Families, who are conducting an ongoing investigation in collaboration with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. All further inquiries about the incident should be directed to them.
After she was arrested, White was charged with child abuse and four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Rapper Trick Trick Blasts Trans Mob, Calls for Ending Ukraine Aid: ‘Financing a War in Another Country and We Still Got Homeless Veterans in America’
Warner Todd Huston9 Mar 2025
Detroit rapper and filmmaker Trick Trick blasted a reporter in Ukraine Wednesday and called for both an end to financial aid to their war and an end to support for the transgender agenda here at home.
The rapper was a guest on Charlie LeDuff’s NoBullshitNews podcast posted on March 5 to talk about his recent Apple TV movie, The Last 24, that he had written and directed, but at some point, the pair began discussing the current state of America.
In the discussion, Trick went on an extended rant on transgenderism and Ukraine.
Trick started his points by saying he does not support American aid leaving the U.S. “until home is taken care of.”
He noted that you can’t drive a “half a million dollar car” if your house in only worth $100,000, and went on to say, “It’s common fucking sense. It’s like take care of home first.”
“Why are we financing a war in another country over some NATO shit, and we still got homeless veterans in America?”he continued. “We still got homeless people, we still have bad water pipes, we still got a million other issues that need to be solved right here in America.”
He then turned his attention to transgenderism, saying, “We got ni**ers walking into bathrooms behind women and it was perfectly damn legal. We got men beating the shit out of women in women’s sports and it’s perfectly God damn legal. We got transgenders, er transistors, or whatever the fuck they are, coming in schools talking to children. What the fuck is you doing for these babies, about what?”
“How the fuck did we get here?” he adamantly asked.
“At this point, America, we got a God damn problem. And clearly, we can see now what it is. All the money and resources that’s needed for America is being sent everywhere else,” he insisted.
LeDuff then brought up the billions being sent to Ukraine and noted fit could set up every homeless veteran with a home of their own and he turned to “independent journalist” Terrell Jermaine Starr to ask what “value” the billions for Ukraine aid is serving the U.S.
But instead of answering LeDuff’s question, Starr, who calls himself an “international speaker” in his Linkedin profile and who is an advocate for U.S. support to Ukraine, blasted the rapper as being “transphobic.”
“I’m a little bit thrown back by all the extreme transphobia that I just heard,” Starr said off the top.
But Starr’s need to attack Trick did not sit well with the rapper and he blasted the reporter for refusing to answer LeDuff’s question.
“I don’t give a fuck about all that, Cuz,” Trick said in response to Starr’s accusation. “He asked you a question about something else, you don’t got to come back with what the fuck I just said,” Trick retorted.
Starr, who in 2021 was a reporter for the wildly left-wing, afrocentric website The Root, continued to try and attack the rapper as the two devolved into a shouting match.
“You just got asked a question [by LeDuff] and you still talking to me, bro,” Trick said talking over Starr who continued to try and bash the rapper for being “transphobic.” The two yelled at each other and talked over each other for several minutes after that.

Here’s Where Trump’s Government Layoffs Are Reportedly Happening—CIA,…1/2Mar 9, 2025,
Key Facts
•National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration: The Trump administration has directed NOAA to lay offapproximately 1,000 workers on top of 1,300 workersthat have already been laid off, The New York Times reported March 8, cutting approximately 20% of the agency’s workforce—which sources cited by the Times feared would affect the agency’s weather forecasting work ahead of hurricane season and other potential natural disasters.
•Central Intelligence Agency: The agencyhas started to fire some probationary employees, multiple outlets reported, after firing some diversity staffers last month who had been placed on leave as part of the Trump administration’s push to eliminate diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the federal government—it’s unclear what prompted the latest round of firings, but a federal judge ruled last week that CIA Director John Ratcliffe had the authority to fire officers at will.
