Is there coded message in the stripes?

Simply Raise the levels on the histogram until Image faded into white and stepped it back until the last dark pixels remained.

The stars pixels are very ordered and are an exact mirror image left to right except for 3 specific pixels. The stripes are MUCH different Not sure if the 3 star pixels are worth a closer look /contain info.

Not good at the code end of things.
