it won't matter what condition the memo is in once it's released. There is no return. It will not substantiate as evidence to dissuade anyone on their already established opinions.
The only direction this is headed is toward all out [WAR].
There are no more negotiations, and there are no more deals.
Those who chose the wrong side, are going to find themselves without hope, and those who didn't will be prepared.
