How is it a "fact" that the truck hit the train? I can think of more than one scenario where damage would occur to just one side of the front of the train, and don't require the truck ramming the train. I'm not saying there isn't something fishy about this, but it isn't a fact that the truck hit the train.
I would expect that the train to have a video recorder running at all times for events such as this. Does anyone know if that is the case?
