He stayed on Judicial and Oversight committees but quit Ethics Committee. WHY stay on those 2 if he is leaving? Why not quit all 3? Speculation - he will be the chosen House Rep. to "prosecute" coming impeachment "trials". Look up how impeachments work. They choose a House Rep to be "prosecutor" and go to the Senate for impeachment.
