That would require:
1) assistance from NZ to implement logging
2) continuous or multiple trips to NZ (presuming ongoing updates were needed)
3) Massive volume of disinformation, without prior knowledge of what queries "might be made"
4) Why go through the extra legal hurdles (NZ leakers?) whne they can simply intercept any later transmission/sharing of NZ data
More complexity doesn't provide much tangible benefit . (e.g. creation of massive dis info database, but no one accesses it = massive waste of time/resources; cost but no benefit = not good "game theory")
