Ah, see, in Dependency court, you're not afforded an attorney. You're not even allowed to speak. If DCFS attorney objects, the Judge sustains it.
It is a DeFacto court, not a Constitutional Court.
You are literally treated like a criminal, charged with crimes, yet, you have NO CHANCE to even defend yourself.
Look up the History of the Creation of Edelman Children's Court.
Name sake, Edman Edelman.
He created the court.
He created the off chute of CPS called DCFS.
He sat on the Board of Directors, who makes the rules for the above.
