The amount of foreign outsourcing of "labor" should be considered for tariffs.

anon just finished up providing steel fabrication drawings for two In-N-Out projects.
It was mostly wood construction but there was a limited amount of steel that was needed in the structure.
More steel structures!!! Less concrete!!
Eliminate foreign participation in the construction of American buildings.
Let all other counties focus on their own instead of the individuals occupying government positions of authority getting rich off their own populations.
