Judicial Insurrection: Radical Leftist Judges Wage All-Out War Against President Trump— 119 Legal Challenges in Just Two Months, MORE THAN DOUBLE Any U.S. President in History

Jim Hoft Mar. 13, 2025 8:00 am

Since returning to the White House in January, President Donald J. Trump has been met with an unprecedented legal onslaught from far-left activist judges and groups determined to sabotage his administration at every turn.

Appearing on The War Room with Steve Bannon, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, warned that what America is witnessing is not just judicial activism—it’s an outright judicial insurrection.

This is similar to how the communist left attacked him using a cadre of radical activist judgeshis first time in office.

After nearly two months in office, these radical extremist judges continue to wreak havoc on the Trump administration and the country.

So far, the Supreme Court has failed to shut down this lawlessness by these far-left activists.

Attorney Josh Hammer: “Let me just lay the scene briefly here. What we’re seeing is not just judicial activism, Steve. I used the words very carefully there. I mean, this is a full-on judicial insurrection, going back to the very first days of this administration in power.

By the way, those of us with a long enough memory to remember the first Trump administration. This is nothing new.

The first Trump administration from 2017 to 2021, faced, by my count, I believe, it was 65 so-called nationwide injunctions, which, by the way,is more than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined, literally in all of American history, faced there.

They basically picked up in January, just last month, as if they hadn’t lost a beat over the past four years. Whether it’s a judge in Washington State or Ohio or Washington DC or Florida, or Hawaii, the notion that you can issue a TRO, a temporary restraining order, and thereby try to bring a federal executive branch policy and executive order to halt. It’s completely anathema. It’s bat-crap crazy. That’s not how the separation of powers works.”

On Wednesday, soulless activist Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that state attorneys general can access information about DOGE employees working to cut waste and fraud in government. Chutkan put a target on their backs so violent leftists could pursue them on the streets of America. What a complete loon.

And, also on the same day, communist Judge Beryl Howell blocked President Trump from blocking far-left law firm Perkins Coie from all government business and buildings.

Perkins Coie was central in the scam to take down President Trump his first term in office with their Russia-Putin hoax.

Josh Hammer described how these radical judges are attempting to shut down the Trump administration with their likely coordinated judicial activism.

Josh Hammer noted that the first Trump administration, from 2017 to 2021 faced 65 nationwide injunctions.

So far this year, President Trump, in two months, has faced 119 legal challenges by activist judges. Only two cases are closed.

The full list of 119 legal challenges is included on the Just Security website.

US News is also tracking the lawsuits against the Trump administration.

According to Elon Musk’s Grok AI:

The Average Across 46 Presidents: Most pre-20th-century presidents faced 0-5 legal challenges, often indirect. Modern presidents (post-1945) average 10-30, driven by increased judicial oversight and partisan litigation.

Outliers: Trump stands out with potentially 100+ challenges, dwarfing Clinton (10-15), Nixon (5-10), and others. This reflects both his polarizing actions and the current era’s litigious climate.

The far-left judicial insurrectionists and institutions have already doubled President Trump’s legal challenges just two months into his second term. This is more than twice as many legal challenges than he went through during his first term.

It is obvious this is a coordinated attack by far-left to destroy Trump’s all-star administration and the nation.

How long will the American people allow this lawlessness from the judiciary branch? When will these radical judicial insurrectionists face justice?

Tens of thousands of fired federal workers must be reinstated immediately, judge rules

U.S. District Judge William Alsup described the mass firings as a “sham” strategy by the government’s central human resources office. A federal judge on Thursday ordered federal agencies to reinstate tens of thousands of probationary employees who were fired amid President Donald Trump’s turbulent effort to drastically shrink the federal bureaucracy.

U.S. District Judge William Alsup described the mass firings as a “sham” strategy by the government’s central human resources office to sidestep legal requirements for reducing the federal workforce.

Alsup, a San Francisco-based appointee of President Bill Clinton, ordered the Departments of Defense, Treasury, Energy, Agriculture and Veterans Affairs to “immediately” offer all fired probationary employees their jobs back. The Office of Personnel Management, the judge said, had made an “unlawful” decision to terminate them.

The order is one of the most far-reaching rejections of the Trump administration’s effort to slash the bureaucracy and is almost certain to be appealed.

The picture of the guy holding the sign, shows how unnecessary these workers are.

I think PDJT do an EO saying protesting against the President is only allowed one day a week and done on Saturday only. They should be looking for a job every other day of the week.

Gold touches new record as latest Wall Street prediction sees prices reaching $3,500

Ines Ferré Thu, March 13, 2025 at 1:09 PM EDT

As gold races to new records, Wall Street analysts have rushed to raise their price targets, with the latest call from Macquarie Group predicting the precious metal will touch $3,500 in the third quarter.

On Thursday, gold futures (GC=F) climbed above $2,990 per ounce as a trade war intensified and the release of modest inflation data raised questions about whether the Federal Reserve may be more inclined to cut rates this year.

COMEX - Delayed Quote • USD

As of 3:01:29 PM EDT. Market Open.

"Year-to-date, gold has been running ahead of our expectations," Marcus Garvey, head of commodities strategy at Macquarie, wrote on Thursday.

"We are raising our gold price forecast to a 3Q25 quarter average peak of $3,150 per ounce and our single point price high to $3,500 per ounce," Garvey wrote.

"President Trump's rapid move to announce, if not always to enact, import tariffs has contributed to geopolitical uncertainty and boosted inflation expectations, helping push down front-end real rates and supporting gold inthe face of periodic USD strength and initially reduced expectations for Fed rate cuts," the strategist wrote.

The target raise comes after strategists at BNP Paribas called for prices to push above $3,100 per ounce in the second quarter.

"The Trump administration issuing a slew of tariff threats and the realigning of international relationships have added a new layer of macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty, providing a significant boost to gold," BNP's David Wilson wrote in a note on Wednesday.

Gold futures have rallied more than 11% year to date, hitting multiple record highs since January.

Wall Street has attributed much of these gains to continued central bank buying and tariff uncertainty, including the possibility that even imports of the precious metal into the US won't be spared.

Institutional investors have shipped elevated amounts of physical gold bars to vaults in New York in a move to front-run tariffs and take advantage of a price disparity between London and New York.

Last month, Goldman Sachs analysts raised their year-end gold price forecast to $3,100 per ounce, up from their prior projection of $2,890.

This system was put almost a 100 years ago, it will take them at least 30-40 to abolish it. He knows this, it’s all bullshit.

Why don’t they get rid of some of the 50 or more, Intelligence Agencies that spy on the people, not Muslims of course.
