Figured it out. Thought you guys would like to see it.

The awnings over the Piccadley Circus building shops were changed out in 2016 for the Queen's 90th Bday for Union Jack awnings, they stayed up for a few years, then were taken down completely after that.

The blue/green ones in Q drops were from 2015, Q even highlighted those awnings.

Thought you guys would like to know.

The rest of pics, I believe are just the situation, stressor for the deep state operatives there meeting, make them panic and talk so their actions could be looked at/watched.
