Like Members of Congress can fire their workers, under Article I.

The Khalil case is a classic example of far-leftists using American ideals to manipulate the public.
Khalil and activists like him are happy to go beyond cheering for the destruction of the US. They put their words into action. But as soon as they face the consequences for their actions, they cry about how "This isn't the America I know!" as if they ever believed in it in the first place.
Foreign nationals who violate the terms for their ability to stay in the US should be deported. It's that simple.
Antifa operates very much the same way. Like at the federal courthouse in Portland 2020. They actively attacked federal officers in their "war" against the government for weeks. They then cried the government committed "war crimes" when tear gas was used to get them to stop their attacks.
