Yeah, it's a common theme the Israelites kept going back to worshipping the Baals and Ashtaroth despite time after time of God showing them miracles. So when they go astray God gives them into the hand of their enemies, and when they go back to His statutes, He redeems them back to prosperity.

If there are people who call themselves Jews doing bad things, and the other Jews who don't do those things aren't up and arms over it, then all the Jews are bad and cursed until they fix the problem. Did you even read the Bible of what is required of Jews?
