Would not have predicted it was Judge James Boasberg who would be throwing the country into a crisis like this. We need Article III courts to retain their legitimacy and Boasberg's reckless order threatens that. Wiser minds must take action, and quickly.

The President of the United States correctly designated Tren de Aragua (TdA), a vicious Venezuelan gang, as a foreign-terrorist organization.
The President correctly put these terrorists on planes to get them the hell out of our country.
Yet DC Obama Judge James Boasberg thinks he has the power to order the President to turn around the planes in mid-air and bring back these terrorists into America.
This is the most dangerous constitutional crisis imaginable.
I do not say this lightly:
The President has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and commander-in-chief, to ignore Judge Boasberg's lawless and dangerous order.
The Supreme Court must use the emergency docket to immediately stay Judge Boasberg's order.
Next week, the House must impeach Judge Boasberg.
And defund his court.

White House shares photos of Trump watching deadly strike against Houthi rebels
The White House has shared images of President Donald Trump watching on a computer the deadly strike against Houthi rebels in Yemen, as the administration revealed it informed Russia about the attacks in an effort to bolster diplomatic communications, according to a report.
Photos of President Trump watching “hell” unleashed on Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen were circulated by the White House on X, on Saturday.
Trump was dressed in golfing attire, wore a large black headset and donned a red MAGA hat that appeared emblazoned with his own autograph on its brim in the first shared photo.
“President Trump is taking action against the Houthis to defend US shipping assets and deter terrorist threats,” the caption on the post read.
“For too long American economic and national threats have been under assault by the Houthis. Not under this presidency,” the statement concluded.
In another pic, Trump is shown from the back, staring at a television that shows the bombings in the Middle East playing out in realtime.
Also pictured in the X post were National Security Adviser Mike Waltz and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The State Department revealed that earlier Saturday, Rubio called Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov to inform him of the US on Yemeni targets, according to a release.
The release issued by the State Department said Rubio’s outreach was in furtherance of a previous agreement “to continue working towards restoring communication between the United States and Russia.”
On Saturday afternoon, President Trump ordered the bombing of dozens of Houthi targets in Yemen in response to the Iran-backed terror groups attacks on commercial vessels in the Red Sea.
“They have waged an unrelenting campaign of piracy, violence, and terrorism against American, and other, ships, aircraft, and drones,” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post that announced the strikes to the world.
“YOUR ATTACKS MUST STOP, STARTING TODAY,” Trump warned the group in the post, adding the United States will use “overwhelming force” in pursuit of its peaceful objectives.
The Commander in Chief also warned Iran to end its support for the proxy terrorist group.

Attorney General Pam Bondi criticized a federal judge who blocked the deportations of suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) after President Donald Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
In a press release from the Department of Justice, Bondi issued a statement that U.S. District Judge James Boasberg had “supported” TdA “terrorists over the safety of Americans.”

Bondi’s statement came after Boasberg “ordered the Trump administration to immediately halt efforts to remove those Venezuelan migrants” until he decided whether the invocation of the Alien Enemies Act “was illegal” or not, according to Politico.
Boasberg noted that “any plane” containing suspected members on TdA that was planning “to take off” or that was already in the air needed “to be returned to the United States,” according to the outlet.

Today, we celebrate the birthday of our seventh Commander-in-Chief, Andrew Jackson, “the People’s President.”

Raised on the battlefield of the Revolutionary War, he was just 13 years old when he left home with his two older brothers to fight for Independence. At 14, he was the only surviving member of his immediate family. During the War of 1812, he went on to lead a ragtag militia to a resounding victory over the British in the epic Battle of New Orleans. As a fierce defender of democracy and a warrior for the people, he ran for President in 1828, shocking the establishment class when he won the popular vote in a landslide.
