There is a hearing starting in the case of VZ Aliens deported that has escalated incredibly. This Judge isn't backing down and the DJO filing has an implied warning this Judge is getting close to being detained by military himself. The implication comes from the demand for disclosure of OPSEC details of the military operation. ( Navy) Trump admin has sent a letter to the Court of Appeals because they are moving too slow and this Judge just escalated things. From what I read between the filing and this Letter , I would not be surprised if DOJ lawyers show up flanked by Military MPs ready to take the Judge into custody if he goes too far.
