Rehiring Process Creates Uncertainty

According to the Monday night filings, many of the reinstated employees have been placed on paid administrative leave, while others have returned to full employment. However, officials warn that the reinstatement process could create confusion and operational challenges, particularly for employees who are reinstated only to potentially face termination again if an appellate court overturns the ruling.

Reesha Trznadel, the acting chief human capital officer at the Department of Energy, cautioned in a declaration that reinstating employees “could impose burdens on DOE and cause significant confusion and turmoil for the terminated employees.”

Since taking office, the Trump administration has taken aggressive steps to reshape the federal bureaucracy, including dismissing employees during their probationary periods. The recent ruling represents a legal setback for these efforts, reinforcing protections for federal workers and challenging the administration’s justification for its sweeping dismissals.

Judge Boasberg demanded the DOJ disclose sensitive national security information during a contentious hearing on Monday.

The Justice Department hit back and said the activist judge was trying to force the government to disclose sensitive national security and operation security concerns.

“That development escalates the stakes of the district court’s inappropriate exercise of jurisdiction and the risks that the district court may force the government to disclose sensitive national security and operational security concerns or face significant penalties from the court. The Government cannot—and will not—be forced to answer sensitive questions of national security and foreign relations in a rushed posture without orderly briefing and a showing that these questions are somehow material to a live issue.

On Monday afternoon, the DOJ asked the appeals court to remove Judge Boasberg and reassign the case to another judge.

“This Court should also immediately reassign this case to another district court judge given the highly unusual and improper procedures—e.g. certification of a class action involving members of a designated foreign terrorist organization in less than 18 hours with no discovery and no briefing from the Government—that have been employed in the district court proceedings to date,” the DOJ wrote.

Early Monday morning Trump lashed out at Boasberg and said he should be impeached.

Trump Says He's Authorizing Use Of Coal For Energy Production

Board Member of POLITICO’s Foreign Parent Company Says He’ll Interfere in News Coverage.

A technology mogul based in Spain, who sits on the board of the German company that owns the American media outlet POLITICO, publicly admits that he is using his position to influence the corporate news outlet’s reporting to align with his personal political views.

Martín Varsavsky, an entrepreneur and philanthropist born in Argentina, wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that POLITICO‘s recent coverage of Israeli airstrikes is not pro-Israel enough and that he will use his influence on the board of the American outlet’s German parent company Axel Springer to rectify the coverage.

“I am on the board of Axel Springer that owns Político. I consider this article one sided Hamas support,” Varsavsky said of one report, adding: “It fails to mention that the airstrikes were aimed at eliminating top Hamas military and thar [sic] Israel was successful at doing so. It also quotes casualty figures given by Hamas that are not believed to be accurate.”

When asked by an X user what he would do about POLITICO‘s story and coverage, Varsavsky replied: “working on it.”

How Covid “Vaccines” Paved The Way For mRNA Cancer “Vaccines”

With the end of the “pandemic”, mRNA vaccine manufacturers realised the money hose was about to be turned off and they would need a new one.

The unprecedentedly speedy development and approval of the various Covid “vaccines” – most using previously unsuccessful mRNA technology – is considered a scientific miracle by ardent followers of The ScienceTM.

Many others – us included – see it another way: one of the greatest scams ever perpetrated against a scared public, and a potentially incredibly dangerous and even deadly one.

But the damage done by that process doesn’t stop at the Covid “vaccines” themselves, they have opened the door for more and more “vaccines” to be rushed to market. That includes potentially “bespoke cancer vaccines”, of which there are currently hundreds of medical trials taking place around the world.

Earlier today Wired published an interview with Lennard Lee, oncologist and director at the Ellison Institute of Technology in Oxford, headlined:

For one thing, if I’m understanding Dr Lee’s words correctly, these products aren’t really “vaccines” [emphasis added]:

In the current trials, we do a biopsy of the patient, sequence the tissue, send it to the pharmaceutical company, and they design a personalized vaccine that’s bespoke to that patient’s cancer.

They don’t prevent people from getting cancer, they are used to treat people who already have cancer. Meaning they’re not “vaccines” in the true sense of the word at all.

This echoes the Covid “vaccines”, which are known to prevent neither infection nor transmission of “Covid”, but only “limit severity” (the reason they can’t prevent transmission or infection is that “Covid” doesn’t really exist, but we’ve covered that enough).

It seems the assault on words and their meanings that took place during Covid is going to have knock-on impacts for a long time yet. That, indeed, was the point.

Later, we learn just how fast all these cancer vaccines have been produced…

Cancer vaccines weren’t a proper field of research before the pandemic. There was nothing. Apart from one exception, pretty much every clinical trial had failed. With the pandemic, however, we proved that mRNA vaccines were possible.

Cancer vaccines were not a “proper field of research” before the pandemic. It was the ahem “success” of the Covid “vaccine” which spurred the creation of mRNA cancer vaccines, so they have existed for – at absolute most – three years. And Dr Lee expects them to be approved in less than five [emphasis added]:

We’re hoping to have results by the end of the year or beginning of 2026. Israel Restarts Large-Scale Bombing of Gaza, Over 400 Killed

Many of the dead are children as Israel is hitting homes and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians

The Israeli military on Tuesday morning began launching large-scale airstrikes on the besieged Gaza Strip, marking the full-scale resumption of Israel’s genocidal war.

Around 1:00 pm Gaza time, Al Jazeera reported that 404 Palestinians had been killed and 562 had been wounded by Israeli strikes on homes and tents sheltering displaced Palestinians across the Strip.

Pictures and videos from Gaza that have surfaced online show there is a large number of child casualties. “Israeli bombardment has returned to Gaza, bringing massacres with it once again,” Al Jazeera reporter Anas al-Sharif wrote on X. “The bodies of children, killed in their sleep, lay scattered in the aftermath.”

The massive attack came about two weeks after Israel imposed a total blockade on aid and all other goods entering Gaza at the end of the first phase of the ceasefire deal. Israel violated the agreement by imposing the blockade, refusing to engage in negotiations on the second phase, and killing Palestinians throughout the truce.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement Tuesday morning that he instructed the Israeli military to escalate in Gaza in response to Hamas rejecting US and Israeli terms for an extended temporary ceasefire. Hamas wanted Israel to stick to the deal it agreed to in January, which would have involved a permanent truce and full Israeli withdrawal.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz have instructed the IDF to take strong action against the Hamas terrorist organization in the Gaza Strip,” Netanyahu’s office said. “This follows Hamas’s repeated refusal to release our hostages, as well as its rejection of all of the proposals it has received from US Presidential Envoy Steve Witkoff and from the mediators.”

The statement added that Israel will “from now on, act against Hamas with increasing military strength. The operational plan was presented by the IDF over the weekend and approved by the political leadership.”

Hamas told Reuters that Israel had chosen to end the ceasefire unilaterally and that Israel’s attacks expose the remaining Israeli hostages to an “unknown fate.”

The White House confirmed that President Trump was notified before Israel launched the massive bombing. “The Trump administration and the White House were consulted by the Israelis on their attacks in Gaza tonight,” said White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Gaza airstrikes are not one-off, US approved in advance, Gideon Sa'ar tells AIPAC

"Many people feel big Pharma actually feared me more than they feared Bobby because of my credibility and my knowledge of science," says former congressman Dave Weldon, whose CDC nomination was pulled.

It took seven years for a "gender affirming care" practitioner at Children's Hospital Los Angeles to disclose the politically inconvenient results of her federally funded study: Gender-confused children on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones do not show mental-health improvement.

But it took even longer for a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention senior scientist to disclose he and colleagues withheld a "statistically significant finding" from their peer-reviewed study of autism and measles, mumps and rubella vaccination in 2004: African-American males inoculated under age 3 had an increased risk for the disorder.

William Thompson's 2014 admission through whistleblower law firm Morgan Verkamp, which followed the release of secret recordings of his phone conversations with Simpson University biologist and autism researcher Brian Hooker, prompted attempted takedowns for the next several years in the media and pro-vaccine movement.

It appears in the 2016 documentary Vaxxed by British pediatric gastroenterologist Andrew Wakefield, which was deplatformed by Robert De Niro's Tribeca film festival.

Thompson's mea culpa takes on renewed relevance in the wake of President Trump yanking Dave Weldon's nomination as CDC director last week because "he did not have the votes" in the Senate, a decision Weldon traces in part to his interest as a Republican congressman, 20 years ago, in Wakefield's lightning-rod research on MMR vaccine side effects.

Investigative journalist Jon Rappoport elaborated on the connections in a Substack essay after Weldon's nomination died.

"Hey Dave, now that they dumped you on the side of the road […] how about giving inquiring minds a hand?" he wrote.

The CDC, which has a special page dedicated to MMR vaccination and autism, transferred Thompson in 2016 to the Division of Viral Hepatitis, where he remains a senior scientist. He has published several papers related to COVID-19 but not on vaccines.

Thompson told Just the News the CDC prohibits him from answering questions without permission, including whether it subjected him to stricter conditions at any point following his 2014 statement, which said the CDC gave him a "performance-based award" after he blew the whistle, and that "I have experienced no pressure or retaliation" from the agency.

How Miami Beach Became a Lab for Pro-Israel Censorship Laws

Despite winning an Oscar, the Israeli-Palestinian-made film No Other Land cannot be found on any streaming platforms in the United States, making independent cinemas the only places to view it. However, in Miami Beach, even featuring the film will get you labeled an antisemite and kicked out of the city.

Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner, who is Jewish and has deep personal and political ties to Israel, stirred controversy last week for seeking to shut down an independent art house cinema over its showing of the “No Other Land” documentary after attempting to pressure organizers to cancel a planned screening. Meiner claims that the film is antisemitic and a “propaganda attack on the Jewish people that is not consistent with the values of our City and residents.”

The Mayor’s crusade against the cinema for daring to show an Oscar-winning film that is critical of Israel has led him to push through a draft resolution to halt a future grant payment of $40,000 to the nonprofit O Cinema in South Beach, Florida. Meiner is also pursuing legislative efforts to terminate a lease agreement with the independent theater that screened the film.

Despite its global success, “No Other Land” is currently not available to stream in the United States due to “political sensitivities.” This has meant that only a select number of independent theaters have been able to show the documentary.

Although the accusations made against the film claim that it is “an attack on the Jewish people,” “No Other Land” was actually created through a collaborative effort between two Israeli Jews and two Palestinians—Hamdan Ballal, Basel Adra, Yuval Abraham, and Rachel Szor. Some Palestinian groups have even criticized the film for violating “anti-normalization guidelines,” according to a statement published by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI).

Yet, for Mayor Meiner, Israeli involvement in the film’s production does not grant it any legitimacy. His intolerance for the documentary is consistent with Miami Beach’s broader crackdown on pro-Palestine advocacy. In March 2024, a city commission draft resolution was passed restricting the time, place, and manner of protests against Israeli policy.

Meiner insists that his resolution was not in violation of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that any restrictions on free speech be “content neutral” and not politically motivated. However, in April 2024, the Miami Herald obtained emails revealing that the resolution was heavily edited by the City Attorney’s Office, removing the Mayor’s pledge of support for Israel in an effort to appear “nonpartisan” and avoid legal challenges.

Meiner, who was elected as Miami Beach’s mayor in 2023, has long been a staunch supporter of Israel. In addition to regularly expressing pro-Israel sentiments on his X (formerly Twitter) account, he has actively supported Miami Beach’s deepening relationship with Israel. Under his leadership, the city has strengthened ties with its sister city, Nahariya, Israel—a partnership that has facilitated extensive cooperation, including humanitarian support.

In October 2023, Meiner arranged for Miami Beach firefighters to be awarded the Medal of Valor after they traveled to Israel in the wake of the October 7 attacks. He has also facilitated direct aid to Israel, including personally organizing the donation of an ambulance to an Israeli city through American Friends of Magen David Adom.

Justice Department Files Statement of Interest Supporting Equal Access to Educational Opportunities and Facilities for Jewish UCLA Students

The Federal Task Force to Combat Antisemitism announced that the Justice Department filed a statement of interest in the Central District of California to advance the appropriate interpretation of federal laws that prohibit colleges and universities from discriminating against students because of their religion or national origin. The statement of interest is part of the Task Force’s nationwide effort to combat antisemitism in all of its forms.

According to the allegations in Frankel et al. v. Regents of the University of California et al., in the spring of 2024 administrators of the University of California system allowed members of a protest encampment to physically prevent University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) students and faculty from accessing portions of the UCLA campus if they were wearing articles reflective of their Jewish faith or if they refused to denounce Israel.

The plaintiffs are Jewish students and a Jewish professor at UCLA who allege that the university knowingly acted in concert with or allowed members of the protest encampment to prevent them from accessing a central campus space and adjacent classrooms and library on the basis of their Jewish faith or national origin in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI), the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, and California state law. The United States’ statement of interest addresses the sufficiency of plaintiffs’ claims that defendant administrators violated Title VI and the Equal Protection Clause.

The Justice Department recently announced the formation of a multi-agency task force coordinated by the Civil Rights Division to combat antisemitism, which is visiting 10 university campuses that have experienced antisemitic events. The Department also recently announced its investigation into the University of California to assess whether the university system engaged in a pattern or practice of discrimination based on race, religion and national origin against its professors, staff and other employees by allowing an antisemitic hostile work environment to exist on its campuses, including UCLA. The Task Force also recently announced that the Department, together with other federal agencies, would cancel $400 million in federal contracts and grants to Columbia University due to the school’s inaction in the face of persistent harassment of Jewish students.

“The President, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and the Task Force know that every student must be free to attend school without being discriminated against on the basis of their race, religion or national origin,” said Leading Task Force member and Senior Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Leo Terrell. “The Department of Justice is working to combat antisemitism using all of the tools at our disposal.”

“Discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated in our community,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Joseph McNally for the Central District of California. “Our office will enforce anti-discrimination laws to address the issue of antisemitism affecting our residents.”

Seventy-Seven Retired Generals and Admirals Call for Supporting Israeli Attack on Iran

As senior retired U.S. military commanders, we are aligned with every American president this century in the belief that preventing a nuclear Iran is critical to U.S. national security. The United States is most fortunate to have a steadfast, resolute, and extremely capable partner, Israel, who not only shares this desired outcome—because a nuclear Iran would threaten its very existence—but is prepared to carry the lion’s share of the burden to defeat it. As President Donald Trump prepares to address a joint session of Congress for the first time in this term [by now he’s given that speech, but did not mention Iran’s nuclear program in it], U.S. support for Israeli action to prevent a nuclear Iran should be a top priority.

Since October 7th, when the Iranian axis opened a multi-front war against Israel and the United States, Israel has dismantled one Iranian terrorist group after another, thereby dismembering its “ring of fire” intended to cripple the Jewish state. Now, it is time to let Israel finish the job against the Iranian axis and stop Iran from crossing the nuclear threshold, by rolling back its nuclear program before it’s too late.

What Israel seeks from the United States is support to ensure the maximum effectiveness of its actions and manage the risk of Iranian retaliation. We should provide it expeditiously. With Iran capable of producing weapons-grade uranium in just days, working toward a nuclear weapon, and building ever-deeper underground facilities, time is running out to stop its march to the bomb.

Certainly, it would be preferable to prevent a nuclear Iran diplomatically. But the Iranians are masters at dragging out talks while conceding little. Repeated negotiations with Iran over two decades have led to one dangerous result: the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism now stands on the cusp of developing the world’s most dangerous weapons.

Whether or not President Trump enters talks to dismantle Iran’s nuclear program, Israel will still retain the existential imperative to act before it’s too late to do so. If it does, it will be in the U.S. interest for Israel to succeed. Thus, we believe the United States should provide Israel with the vital munitions, weapons systems, defenses, and support needed to ensure the effectiveness of its operations against this common threat. We should also be prepared to deter any attempted Iranian retaliation or effort to widen the conflict.

To be sure, the risks of military action have to be considered carefully, but they must be weighed against the heavy price of inaction. Allowing Iran to cross the nuclear threshold, after successive presidents from both parties have for decades vowed to prevent it, would deliver a devastating signal destroying our credibility, weakening our deterrence, and emboldening China, Russia, and North Korea. Other regional states would rush to acquire their own nuclear deterrent. A nuclear Iran would seek to dominate the Persian Gulf, expel the United States and its influence, and threaten Israel and our Arab partners, spiking energy prices for a sustained period. With its global terrorist network, history of plots on American soil, including against President Trump, and missile development, it could even threaten our homeland.

By giving Israel the support it needs to roll back Iran’s nuclear program, and contain the fallout, the United States would be helping Israel defend itself and the rest of the civilized world.
