Wrong, it is about intent when it comes to the law. Every judge knows what the law is and what are their bounds and the POTUS is. Therefor, it was malicious intent at harming the USA by using their perceived authority to undermine the USA and abet the enemy, which is treason. I was the first to call out their lack of authority and remind everyone what the POTUS authority is regarding foreign contracts and entities.
