the gross incompetence by the various ICs might be the worst part.

the thing i hate about these archives - they are organized so poorly, and there's no greater context. here's a letter someone sent. were they credible, were they insane? who knows but we got it.

not saying it's fake but a phone header with file info, by itself doesn't prove anything.
