How you know it is fake news is that they already have people there. Why would they order them back. They could just tell them to use other people to do the work they wanted.
This how stupid this is at this point. So also how would a judge be able to order mil back to space. This is in the area military and Space force. So this all does not make sense period on any level. The only thing that maybe could do this is a military tribunal which is 3 judges not one normal even a circuit court judge can’t do this. The Supreme Court could request it and would likely be allowed by the military.
So however what would they need to do up there lol
