Found something interesting.

 

Looks like Richard case Nagell, a highly decorated infantry captain in the Korean War,claimed he became a CIA agent, knew about the assassination plan, and had orders to "Arrow the patsy", meaning eliminate Oswald after the event. He got cold feet and on Sept. 20 1963 fired a gun in a bank to be in custody during the JFK assassination.

 

At the time of his "bank robbery" arrest he had in his possession the names of six CIA employees, two of them being Joseph Kramer and Albert Hidel (an alias of Lee Harvey Oswald).
