Passed a restaurant table where 9 LEOs had gathered for a meal break together. At great risk to my own life and limb, i dared to address them as a 'monolithic' group. I offered to buy breakfast for the entire group, if even ONE of them could tell me the primary principle foundation of the Constitution and Bill of Rights ('to limit government intrusion upon the lives of people').
Basically all i got from them was mostly blank silence and a few uncomfortable snickers. So i kept my money and walked away.

My area is somewhat unique with a geographic convergence of several many jurisdictions, local, sheriff and state patrol with plainclothes Feds everywhere. I think it is somewhat nice that they get together and sit down in public. Their 'clutch' has been growing in size and regularity for the past few years at my local diners.
What disgusts me, is their ignorance (or intention) to foul the otherwise pleasant mood of the regular public. Either they have accepted that as an unfortunate part of "just doing my job"… or they LIKE it. I honestly can't tell which it is. Is genuine 'Officer Friendly' completely dead?

One big problem We have in this moment in time, is the shear volume of EXTRA material that shitposters, A.I. and counter-operations can generate so fast and flood the zone… making it so hard to parse true material from fake material.
