We absolutely want more bakers, we love our bakers, but more bakers benefits everybody. If someones planning on compiling missing notables from past threads we'd be interested to see what if anything is missing.
If any newbakers want to step up, we're prepared to tutor!
Define it by baking and setting the standard. We're always welcoming new bakers despite what JIDF concernfags about.

I definitely have my own preferences when I bake, but not being an arbiter of truth makes it a slippery slope to enforce my standards which is why I encourage bakers or anons who are not happy with some situation to either bake and set the standards or point out which notables are missing so we can open some dialog with the party implicated. What's notable to one anon may not be notable to another, that's just how it is in this environment.
I really encourage you to put all of the deep dig stuff related to the deepstates past into it's own thread. It's obvious we're supposed to be digging there. It's worth more than a notable, it's worth an entire meme campaign.

But we won't be the stazi and change bakers notables, or force them to change their notables. My main concern is when notables are not making it into the bread or someone is hawking FUD. Step up and be the change you want to see.
