Just a reminder; I know y'all remember from H.S. Civics:
Article II, Section 1: The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
Nowhere in Article III is the judiciary given supervisory authority over the executive branch. They interpret law between parties… only.
Alexander Hamilton was clear in The Federalist, No. 78, stating that the judiciary “has no influence over either the sword or the purse.” They cannot enforce anything; that is left to the Executive branch. They can't constrain the actions of the President nor can they cut off funding or order him to pay.
It takes the Judiciary and the Legislature together to constrain the President. The judges would suggest he is out of order, and congress would cut off funds or impeach.
Any other way is treason against our republic and Constitution.
All the current legal battles will not take down the Presidency, but MAY trigger a military response against traitors. That would also be a legal, legitimate, moral action by the Executive to protect the Constitution against all enemies; foreign and domestic.
We are not accustomed to seeing our 'country of laws' actually working according to law. Get your popcorn.
The Constitution was not written such that only highly trained lawyers could understand it. It was written for us.
