i pulled my own teeth when i was little
probably swallowed 1 or 2 at night
grew up, went to dentist, they always found sth that wasnt there
never ever a dentist again for me
still have all my teeth and no problems at all
just rinse your mouth several times a day with water, esp. before going to bed
and brush with soda and a hard brush from red to white, never square or circle
and that's about it
don't eat sugar, nobody needs this, but you already know that
i pulled them when they were about to fall out anyways when i was little, was an easy job
