What is DJT up to with this? The nuke plants are the only generating facilities in Ukraine that have never been targeted during Russia's bombing campaign. Never Ever.

Nuclear fallout is residual radioactive material propelled into the upper atmosphere following a nuclear blast, so called because it "falls out" of the sky after the explosion and the shock wave has passed. It commonly refers to the radioactive dust and ash created when a nuclear weapon explodes.

I can try it dumb it down for you: there is no risk of radioactive contamination, because Russia is not targeting nuke plants. Is this just more plunder, like the minerals deal, or is there possibly something more to see here?
