Once I was tasked to attend a presentation by a staffer from the Department of Education.
It was a waste of time, as the guy said nothing of substance and gave no real illuminating information or data about why we had to follow their rules.
RIP DoEd. You were a total waste of time, space, and resources.

Just how much can you trust documents when the people in power have had over 60 years to destroy the ones that show their guilt and create bogus ones that support their cover-up.
The independent JFK assassination researchers have all but nailed down what really happened.
The CIA and mafia were both pissed at the Kennedys. (CIA because JFK just fired Allen Dulles, and they thought JFK didn't do enough to support the Bay of Pigs invasion. Mafia because RFK, Sr. was going after organize crime big time, after daddy Joe Kennedy had promised hands off, if they would cook the election in Illinois to make certain JFK beat Nixon in the 1960 election.)
Oswald was a CIA asset (or closely associated with the alphabet agencies) when he "defected" to Russia. All the Fair Play for Cuba crap was ordered by the CIA to make Oswald the perfect patsy for the Dallas operation. They actually tried to do this in Chicago and Florida during the months ahead of Dallas, and in both locations they had set up other patsies to take the fall.
Ruby was organized crime associated and was given the task of getting rid of Oswald, so no investigation or defense of Oswald would open up the holes in the whole conspiracy.
According to some researchers, the CIA set the gears into motion, got the mafia to provide the shooters (yes, there were multiple shooters), but got cold feet and tried to call off Dallas. Since the mafia had their assets in place, they ignored the CIA efforts to abort the operation, and told their people to complete the job.
Some researchers indicate LBJ was at least aware that the event was pending, (LBJ's mistress provided testimony on tape several times indicating that just before Dallas, LBJ indicated to her that the Kennedys were not going to be a problem very soon.) LBJ's criminal past was coming to light, and the power brokers in Texas could have also been a part of the conspiracy, as they had been protecting LBJ for years.
There is a taped confession by a former mafia enforcer, saying he was the person behind the fence by the "grassy knoll," and he shot Kennedy in the head because the other shooters had not managed an obvious kill shot to that point. This was a problem, because the plan was to shoot JFK from behind (to fit the Oswald/lone gunman patsy scenario) and the obvious shot from the side took a lot of BS to cover up in the Warren Report.
So again, {yawn!}, we know what happened, who was in on it, and that for decades they got away with it because, LBJ, J. Edgar Hoover, and Earl Warren faked any real investigation into the event. The just released fake docs and the other docs that don't provide all that much clarity are just for show.
There was no will of the people.
Daddy Joe Kennedy arranged with the mafia to cook the 1960 election in JFK's favor. Some of LBJ's elections in Texas were also stolen. Election stealing has been going on for a lot longer than people seem to be aware.
