There's a guy in St. Louis named Matt Bruns Sr. who was first on the scene at two child murders by strangulation that were ruled suicide. One being his daughter, and one being his neighbor. How many area deaths from "the choking game" were him…
Him and his family traffic drugs, cocaine and likely fentanyl also, from Florida and Texas to St. Louis. Adderall involvement, too. He is also possibly responsible for the hired murder of a man in Tampa (possibly Clearwater) which was also ruled a suicide. He was likely hired by the man's wife at the time. The murdered man had a brother who is an alcoholic. Would've been May of 2017. This, of course, is just speculation and I wouldn't know anything about it at all. The man's wife had him cremated, but he likely dosed the man and his brother with GHB to stage the suicide.
