You don't have first amendment rights in this building!

Can someone explain to me why judges/courts believe they are, and are allowed to act as if they are above the US Constitution?

Freedom of press includes the freedom to collect AND disseminate information of public interest. Judges have unlawfully restricted recording in court buildings, which is 100% unconstitutional. If the public has access, the public can record for press purposes. Our rights are ABOVE the courts.

They love to claim forum doctrine, but forum doctrine applies to expressive activity. While a court house is not the proper time, manner, or place to record a tik-tok of you dancing, it is ABSOLUTELY the proper time, manner, and place to record content of public interest to disseminate to the public.

The US Judicial is in bad behavior and violating the US Constitution every single day.

Yeah I believe so too. If all courts were recorded and reviewed, it would expose the courts for how corrupt they truly are. They put their "image" above truth and can't have the truth shown to the public.
