my earnest belief is that impersonating Q is a federal crime, but also that it won't ever be acted on.
Q and team said often enough that they work for and at the pleasure of the POTUS. if that's untrue, then that alone is a federal crime.
whether it's true or untrue, pretending to be the person or team who claimed to work under a direct presidential mandate could be considered criminal.
