Say a parent wants their kid to learn how to play the piano.
The government shouldn't have to provide the kid with piano lessons.
The parent finds someone who knows how to play the piano and pays that person to teach their kid how to play the piano.
No government involvement.
This type of learning has been going on for 1000s of years without any government involvement.
